  5.  BowlStat from the menu shown below:

  20.    The menu items available are:

  22.    1) Main Menu     -  Return to the Main Menu.
  23.  
  24.    2) by Average    -  Print MENS and LADIES averages, seperated by gender,
  25.                        from HIGHEST to LOWEST.
  26.  
  27.    3) by TEAM       -  Print bowler averages grouped by team, from  HIGHEST
  28.                        to LOWEST and provide a total team average.
  29.  
  30.    4) by  NAME      -  Print  MENS  and  LADIES  averages,  alphabetically,
  31.                        seperated by gender.
  32.  
  33.    5) Database Dump -  Print  all  bowler  statictics  alphabetically.  All
  34.                        information will appear on the same line.
